How TradieOps works for you

Sign Up

Signing up for TradieOps is a breeze. Simply head over to the portal and fill out the quick registration form. In no time at all, you'll be ready to connect with clients and take your tradie business to the next level.

Sign In

Accessing your TradieOps account is a snap! Just visit the portal for your region and enter your login credentials in the designated fields. Once you hit enter, you'll be swiftly directed to your TradieOps dashboard, where you can manage your projects and client communication.

Users

Navigate to the Users page and create a new user or modify your existing user.

Edit User

Edit the user and the "Mobile User" role to enable bookings to be created. Also edit whether the user can create jobs, view clients and add a team (created on the Settings page).

Bookings - Display Teams

Navigate to the Bookings page and select the teams you want to display.

Bookings - Create (Step 1)

Enter the mobile number, if a client exists they will display as you type. Then enter the address if the client is new, set the address and it will appear on the map.

Bookings - Create (Step 2)

Select the date from the calendar for the booking, then the time for the User you want to assign.

Bookings - Create (Step 3)

Enter the details for the job, description and client details if entering a new client. Then simply enter the duration e.g. 1.5 for one and a half hours, and the price of materials used.

Bookings - Create (Step 4)

The booking is now visible on the map and calendar, you can edit the booking/job from clicking on the listing.
